The Three-Click Workflow of nanoFluidX, HyperMesh, and SimLab

A: システム要件等は、こちらからご確認ください。


Q: HyperWorks Xをインストールしましたが、メニューが日本語化されていませんでした。メニューを日本語化する方法を知りたいです。

A: HyperWorks Desktop 2019.1から日本語対応となりました。FileプルダウンのPreferenceメニューから、Applicationの項目で言語を変更できます。


Q: SimLabとの使い分けは、シェルを使うかソリッドを使うかだけの違いになりますか?

A: シェル、ソリッドだけではなく、SimLabにはエンジン特有の機能や、PT特有の機能があります。一方、車体モデルの構築や幅広い機能を有しているのがHyperWorks XとHyperMeshの強みです。それぞれの製品の強みを活かして独立した製品として今後も開発が進む予定です。


Q: CADジオメトリを編集すると元データも影響を受けますか?

A: ジオメトリを編集しても、元のデータには影響はありません。HyperWorks Xにおいてのみ形状が更新されています。


Q: HyperWorks X、HyperMesh、SimLabの使い分けを教えてください。それぞれどのような方をターゲットとしていますか?

A: HyperWorks Xは今回ご紹介したようにHyperWorks初心者の方やこれから覚えていく方のほか、既存のHyperWorksユーザーにとっても時短効果が高いツールです(HyperMeshも引き続きご利用いただけます)。SimLabはPT特有の機能が多数搭載されており、特にソリッドモデリングに強みがあります。


Q: HyperWorks Xはメッシャーという理解でいいでしょうか。解析の条件設定などは従来のHyperWorksで実施するのでしょうか。

A: HyperWorks X内で境界条件設定も可能です。基本的には、HyperMeshにあるコア機能は全てご利用いただけます。


Q: モーフィングの機能紹介が基本的にシェル要素に関する内容でしたが、テトラ要素やヘキサ要素を使用する場合の使い勝手は向上していますか?

A: 向上しています。大規模により強く対応する方針です。


Q: CATIA-V5(.CATPart)のモデルインポートには従来どおり、別途オプションのライセンスが必要なのでしょうか。

A: CATIA V5については別途ライセンスが必要となります。


Q: HyperWorksクラシックとHyperWorks Xとの間でのhmファイルの互換性はありますか。

A: 互換性はあります。相互に行き交うことが可能です。


Q: import、exportのパス名に日本語が入っていた場合も読込、書込ができますか。

A: パスに日本語が入っていても読込可能です。ただしドラッグアンドドロップでは読み込めないのでご注意ください。


Q: HyperMeshとHyperViewがXで一緒になったということは、積層材メッシュのPly+Laminate表示がポスト処理でも可能になっているのでしょうか?

A: 今後ポスト機能の搭載に合わせて順次可能になる見込みです。


Q: 開発でPythonを用いる場合、今までのTCLでのAPIがPythonにもすべて移植されているのでしょうか?

A: TCLでのAPIが今は標準的な使い方であり、今後も続きます。PythonはPlatFormとしては対応していますが、現時点でCommandWindowのような使い方はまだ使用環境が完全に整っておらず、利用開始はもう少し先になる見込みです。


Q: .modelという拡張子のものをimportできますが、そのモデルに対しても今回の拡張されたモデル修正機能を使用することはできますか。

A: .modelはCATIAのインターフェースとなりますが、今回ご紹介したジオメトリの一般的な編集が可能です。CADパラメーターの直接編集は現状NXのみとなります。


Q: CADのジオメトリ直接修正が紹介されていましたが、HyperMeshのCATIA Readerのようなオプションのアドオンリーダーなどは必要でしょうか。

A: パラメータ編集と同時に、バックグラウンドでCAD側の編集を行い自動更新するCADアップデート機能については、現在のところNXで作成されたファイルのみに対応しています。また、NXを起動できる有効なライセンスが必要です(弊社側の追加オプション等は不要です)。HyperWorks Xの大きな特徴であるダイレクトモデリングについては、CADの種類に関わらず編集が可能です。

Concept Design for Plastic Parts - Better and Earlier Decisions with CAE Driven Design
Traditionally, products are created with a draft, which is then specified by taking into account external factors. The next step is to validate, test them as prototypes and adapt the design. If simulation is used as a virtual test, this cycle can be accelerated.
